Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last Rites Bangalore understands that funeral and ritual service needs are urgent and sensitive. Any cancellation, refund, or rescheduling request should be shared as early as possible by calling or messaging our team.

Cancellations

If a service is cancelled before pandit, transport, material, or cremation support arrangements are confirmed, eligible advance amounts may be refunded after deducting actual administrative or transaction expenses, if any.

Non-Refundable Costs

Amounts already spent on confirmed pandit booking, travel, materials, crematorium-related coordination, vehicle movement, or third-party services may not be refundable.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 working days through the mutually agreed payment mode.
